What’s your role at DAS Law?
I run a team of six lawyers and one legal assistant, who each deal with a wide range of contractual disputes. My team offer a wide range of knowledge and advice on consumer contracts, small commercial disputes, misrepresentation and debt recovery matters.
It can often be distressing to clients who find themselves involved in a contractual dispute. Within my team, we aim to ensure that all clients receive specialist advice and guidance throughout the life of a claim, whether this involves court proceedings or early settlement of a dispute.
Often it is comforting for our clients to know that there is always someone at the end of the phone to listen, advise and assist them.
What are your areas of expertise?
My main area of expertise is consumer and commercial contract disputes, although I also deal with professional negligence and construction disputes.
What do you like to do outside of the office?
Outside of the office, I try to keep fit by running and attending exercise classes at my local gym. I also enjoy live music and going to festivals. I am a keen reader of non-law related books (when I get the chance!) and enjoy skiing in the alps most years.
