Esther Sully

I am a solicitor and one of the Principal Associates in the property department.

In my department, we deal with property damage, nuisance and trespass claims. As part of this, we cover a variety of property claims, including issues with rights of way, flooding, water ingress, animal injury claims and the correct location of a boundary.

Property disputes can be quite complex, so I aim to explain the legal position clearly to my clients to ensure they understand their rights and that we can achieve the best outcome.

Outside of work, I am part of an amateur dramatic group. I also enjoy watching musicals, especially at the theatre.
