Carly Owen

I am a Senior Associate in the Employment department at DAS Law based in our Bristol office. I have worked at DAS Law for over 10 years and have been a qualified Solicitor since 2009.

My role involves dealing with employment law disputes on behalf of employees and employers. I deal with everything from straightforward wages claims in the Employment Tribunal to complex discrimination claims that have gone on to be heard in the Employment Appeal Tribunal.

During my time within the department I have also managed a litigation team, but more recently I have been focusing on customer delivery and the department’s training programme.

Outside of the office, I thoroughly enjoy amateur dramatics, both participating and being part of the audience. I also enjoy spending time with my children/family and taking long walks on the weekends with them.
