Phillip Wicks

I am a Senior Associate Solicitor within the Catastrophic Injury Department at DAS Law. I have over 20 years’ experience of handling claims on behalf of accident victims. I am responsible for handling claims of a high value and / or complex nature.

I have experience of dealing with a wide variety of personal injury matters, including road traffic accidents, fatal accidents and employers’ and public liability claims.

I represent clients who have sustained serious and life changing injuries, including those who have suffered brain injuries, amputation, spinal cord injury, poly-trauma and psychological injury.

I enjoy spending time with my family and having days out and weekends away. I listen to many different genres and styles of music and enjoy reading when I find the time. I also follow many different sports, in particular football and rugby and love a day at the races.
