Russell Langford

I am the performance manager for the Personal Injury Portal team. I manage a team of 10 fee earners who mainly deal with liability admitted personal injury claims.

I am responsible for the overall financial performance and SLA adherence for the team. I am also responsible for helping members of my team with their career pathways, offering supervision and support in addition to the usual 1-2-1’s and team meetings.

I enjoy spending time with my family, especially my young daughter. I write film scripts, comedy sketches and plays in my spare time. Sports-wise I am an avid follower of boxing and enjoy rugby and MMA.

I am a dreadful guitar player and an even worse dancer, but I still attempt both occasionally. My academic interests include military history, anthropology, and physics (and the Law I suppose!)
